About us
A platform built for creatives who haven’t always had one.
Our Culture Our Crown CIC exists for young people, emerging creatives and culturally diverse communities across the United Kingdom, We are not limited to or established for the benefit of any one cultural, ethnic or national community. Our activities are open and accessible to people from diverse backgrounds including African, Caribbean, European, Asian, Middle Eastern, British and other communities.
We are inclusive by design. Our work is not limited to any one cultural community — it is built to serve, connect and celebrate all of them.
Through structured mentorship, hands-on training, leadership programmes and public showcases, we give participants the tools, the network and the stage that talent alone doesn’t guarantee.
Mentoring
One-to-one and small group mentorship from industry practitioners.
Training
Practical workshops in creative and technical skills.
Platforming
Real showcases, exhibitions and audiences.
Working together
We partner with schools, colleges, universities, and youth, arts, cultural and community organisations, alongside creative practitioners and businesses, to deliver workshops, guest speakers, mentoring, volunteering, cultural events, performance opportunities and, where appropriate, internships — building pathways for participants and strengthening ties across our local communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower, connect and celebrate people from diverse cultural backgrounds through culture, creativity, arts, education and community engagement.
We create inclusive opportunities for young people, emerging creatives and communities to develop confidence, skills and leadership while sharing their heritage, learning from one another and building meaningful connections.
Through cultural exchange, workshops, events, performances, fashion, drama, pageantry, creative programmes and partnerships, we aim to promote understanding, inclusion, personal development and stronger communities across the UK and beyond.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a more connected, inclusive and culturally confident society where people from every background, culture and country feel valued, represented and empowered to participate.
We envision communities where cultural differences are celebrated as a strength, young people have opportunities to discover their potential, and people can connect through shared experiences, creativity, history and cultural exchange.
We aim to build a lasting platform that brings cultures together, inspires the next generation and creates positive community impact through culture, creativity and connection.

We may retain reasonable reserves to support financial sustainability and the continued delivery of our community-benefit activities.
